Marie-France Gilbert / MOSIK
Composer
Since 2015, Marie-France Gilbert offers her services as a composer, a sound designer and an arranger for film producers, show organizers, advertising companies, video game companies as well as for other actors in the international artistic field through her website and her YouTube channel MOSIK.
Marie-France started studying music in classical piano in 2009 before starting a bachelor's degree in composition at Laval University under the supervision of Professor Éric Morin in 2012. She began her master's degree in composition with memoire in 2015 and she graduated in 2018. Her subject of research was "The influences of exotic music in three of my recent compositions" where she covered the subject of the origins of non-western musics. Marie-France successfuly finished her second master's degree in film scoring music during the summer of 2019 at UQÀM University.
